Factors Affecting the Success of Exclusive Breastfeeding

This study aims to determine the factors that influence success of exclusive breastfeeding. Some studied include maternal factors, infant environmental socioeconomic and support factors. The data filtering process is using PRISMA Flowchart. a Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic review Meta-Analyses, developed assist authors in reporting Reviews Meta-Analyses. results this show Maternal Factors: Knowledge breast milk, positive attitude towards mental physical readiness breastfeeding, from family environment. Support Factor: husband, family, community providing In conclusion, it was found affect breastfeeding young mothers are influenced by several including age, milk production, closest person, experience mothers, parity. needed provide counseling, knowledge about importance their babies, motivation care.
